Post Pregnancy Tummy Tightening Tips
Mums who recently had a baby would be are our number one clients. Why ? Because they have a very big goal – to lose that post pregnancy tummy. This is often one of the biggest problem areas for ladies and they feel as if it will never go. It will, trust me. You just need to know what to do.
Much of this weight is water weight and not just fat. as much as it feels like jelly. During the first 14 days with us the ladies notice a good drop in weight as a lot of the excess water weight goes.
