My Goal = My Wedding/Honeymoon  

10 weeks until the wedding

Start date 9th May 2011

 

Basically I had made up my mind that I wanted results and set a target of 10 weeks to get this as Iwas fed up with my body shape. I wanted to get rid of my jelly belly and tone up all over!

The sessions were very hard work right from the start. I likedthe fact that I was given a programme and Adrian worked through it with me, which meant I was doing it right and could also not cheat or skip doing a certain machine!! 

The day after my first session my entire body ached and this lasted about 2/3 days...but it meant it was working! I was so proud of myseld and couldnt wait to go again. I went 2-3 times a week and the session lasted an hour. Adrian had a different workout for me each time so I was working different areas each time.

·Along with the exercise Adrian advised me on my diet and what to cut out and to stock up on. My main problem was that I was eating too many carbs. I was now told to eat a lot more protein, green veg, good fats and lots of filtered water. My 8 hour sleep per night was also very important. At first I found it hard cutting down on carbs but I soon discovered new foods that I hadnt tried before. I eventually started to feel less bloated.

I finished each session with a protein shake (Vanilla!) 

I was also taking Poliquin Supplements with each meal: Fish Oils, Zinc & Magnesium and a Multi Vitamin.

After a couple of weeks I noticed my clothes a bit looser so that pushed me even more to keep at it. Compliments from friends etc was another incentive to keep going. I felt great and had totally changed my eating patter

ns...I just cut out all the crap!

I can honestly say I would never have done it without the help of Adrian at Pro Fitness. His advice and encouragement kept me going. Each time I got measured/weighed the results were always good so thats all I wanted!! I was delighted with my new shape and couldnt believe how toned I was! So all the hard work paid off.

Its not easy but if you put in the work you definately get results...No pain, no gain!!!

AMAZING WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS

 

Caroline Harnett from Balbriggan started Personal Training with Adrian Harper in February 2009 and has seen a dramatic change in her body shape having dropped 23kg and 5 dress sizes.                  TAXI DRIVER LOSES  41 KG

 

Meet Lionel Oliveira from Balbriggan who has lost a whopping 6 AND A HALF STONE (41 KG) since beginning a weight loss programme with ProFitness Gym.

               

As you can see from the pictures Lionel is barely recognisable to the man in the after pictures. Lionels amazing transformation came from a strength and conditioning programme and a properly devised nutrional plan. Lionel looks and feels much younger than the man who first began training with Adrian and John. Lionel uses the Pro fitness Gym 4 times per week and says that the atmosphere and work ethic of the Gym are amazing and keep him constantly motivated.                POST BABY FAT LOSS
